In Moscow, the FBI and their Russian counterpart, the MVD, are working on a joint mission to apprehend Russian mobster Ghazzi Murad specifically for the murder of Mayor Nikolai Semankho. During the arrest, they are forced to kill Ghazzi. Ghazzi's brother, Terek Murad, also a mobster, begins his own form of deadly retribution against the MVD for Ghazzi's death. But the FBI and MVD also get wind that Terek has hired an assassin by the code name Jackal to carry out a hit on a high profile but unknown American target for the Americans sticking their nose in Russian affairs. Intelligence points to that target being Donald Brown, the Director of the FBI. The Jackal is known only by name and reputation but no one in authority knows who he is, what he looks like or if he even really exists. They learn of only one person alive who they know has had ties to the Jackal: former Basque separatist Isabella Zanconia, whose whereabouts are unknown. As such, the FBI and MVD decide to turn to the one person they know who has had ties to Isabella: Declan Mulqueen, who is currently in an American prison serving twenty-five years for his deadly IRA activities. To their surprise, Declan purports to have met the Jackal. Although they are unable to meet all his demands including not being able to guarantee his release and return back to Ireland after all is said and done, Declan agrees to help them on the promise that they will do their best to meet that request. What happens is largely a function of Declan's relationship with his two handlers, the MVD's Major Valentina Koslova and FBI Deputy Director Carter Preston, the latter in particular who does not fully trust Declan. It is also affected by the nature of the history between Declan, Isabella and the Jackal. Through it all, Declan may, if given the opportunity, do what Carter believes he will do, which is run without keeping to his side of the bargain.

The Leons get him to work with the police and he looks for the bomber. In the meantime Ray, while working on getting the others, can't help but follow May wherever she goes.

When they get to where Leo is, someone tries to kill him and that's when they learn he laundered half a billion dollars worth of drug money. He then takes them to a place he once went to and that's when the people there start shooting at them. Later when they come back with back up they learn that the men work for the South African consulate and have diplomatic immunity. They deduce that they are the ones they were looking for, but because of they have diplomatic immunity they can't do anything.

A mysterious Female Ninja infiltrates Chan's business operation and succeeds in bugging his office to monitor his plans. Chow manages to fend off ninja attacks on his client, his girlfriend and himself, in an array of ninja weapons and techniques, and he eventually takes the fight to the Ninja Clan's elaborate cave headquarters on an island near Hong Kong, where he engages in a frenzied sword fight with black-clad ninja attackers, and finally takes on the elusive Iga Clan's Leader in an intense one-on-one kung fu bout. There are flashbacks to Chow's own ninja training as a youth with a Japanese teacher who was slain by the Iga ninja chief. One of the ninja killers presented as World Wrestling Champion) wear little red briefs, takes on a careful of men and their car, in an underground parking garage. He later engages in a grueling fight with Han Wei.

After disposing of a familiar looking face, Bond is sent to recover a communication device, known as an A.T.A.C., which went down with a British spy ship as it sunk. Bond must hurry though, as the Russians are also out for this device. On his travels, he also meets Melina Havelock, whose parents were brutally murdered. Bond also encounters Aristotle Kristatos and Milos Colombo. Each of them are accusing the other of having links with with the Russians. Bond must team up with Melina, solve who the true ally is, and find the A.T.A.C. before it's too late.

Frank Shum and Jack Conn are back in the third installment in this incredible "Crippled Masters" franchise. They're moving from their rural home into the city of Taipei in search of employment which is tough while training for the Kung-Fu Championship. City life isn't easy for our two crippled heroes while fighting off local gangsters, struggling to make rent, and even foiling would be thieves.

This film reteams Bruce Li (who turned down the role of Bruce Lee's stand-in for Warner/Golden Harvest's 'Game of Death') with the director of 'Enter The Panther" (Sammo Hung as Han Po Cheung).

"Hurricane Sword" is about a girl that was blinded in an accident triumphing in swordplay. On her way, she hears about the mother that left her behind is still alive from her uncle. Alas, a tragedy happens and the heroine of the film wants justice, and tries to save her friends from Prostitution and a gang of mad swordsmen, led by no one other than Sonny Chiba.Pretty well done film and a likable heroine. You can actually feel for her and she is more human than a lot of Hollywood heroines. Though she is blind, the woman tries not to let that get into her way of her meaningful quest.I recommend you sit down and watch this film. You may just like it.
